Order No. 208/2021 of the Rector of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences October 28 2021

on the introduction of Regulations for the establishment and registration of university student organisations and rules for their operation, funding and settlement, as well as rules for the settlement of funds available to the Student Self-Government at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences

Pursuant to art. 23 sec. 1 and section 2 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended), § 8 sec. 2 and sec. 3 point 2 of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, attached to Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of June 28, 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences as amended, it is hereby ordered as follows:

§ 1

The Regulations for the creation and registration of university student organisations and the principles for their operation, funding and settlement, as well as the principles for the settlement of funds available to the Student Self-Government at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences together with the appendices are hereby introduced. 

§ 2

Supervision of the implementation of this Order is entrusted to the Vice-Rector for Students and Education.

§ 3

The following orders are repealed:

1) No. 89/2015 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 6 August 2015 on the implementation of the 'Procedure and rules for registration as well as activities and financing of student research clubs, creative groups and student organizations operating at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences';

2) No. 62/2019 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 14 May, 2019 on the introduction of the "Regulations for the creation and recording of students' scientific association, creative group or other university student organization, as well as the rules of their operation and financing at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław". 

§ 4

The Ordinance shall enter into force on the day of signing.
