on the amendment to the Order No. 89/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 29 April 2021 on the rules for charging fees for educational services provided to full-time and part-time students of the first- and second-cycle studies and long-cycle Master's degree studies, as well as the mode and conditions for the exemption from such fees
Pursuant to Art. 79 and Art. 80 sec. 2 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. /Journal of Laws/ of 2021 item 478 as amended) and Art. 8, sec. 3 point 2 of the Articles of Association of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, constituting an appendix to Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 28 June 2019 on the adoption of the Articles of Association of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Art. 1
The following amendments shall be made to Order No. 89/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 29 April 2021 on the rules for charging fees for educational services provided to full-time and part-time students of the first- and second-cycle studies and long-cycle Master's degree studies, as well as the mode and conditions for the exemption from such fees:
1) in Art. 1, sec. 7 shall read as follows:
"7. The rules for charging fees for educational services provided to foreigners participating in scholarship programmes financed by external sources and the university's own funds, including the programmes run by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange and the Professor Stanisław Tołpa Scholarship Programme, and for foreigners studying as part of joint courses, as well as the mode and conditions for the exemption from such fees, shall be specified in separate regulations";
2) in Art. 4,
a) sec. 1 shall read as follows:
"1. Students may apply for total or partial exemption from study semester tuition fees referred to in Art. 1 sec. 1 items 1, 3 and 5";
b) in sec. 2, item 1 shall read as follows:
"1) if, due to Force Majeure, the student has found himself/herself in an exceptionally difficult financial or life situation after the commencement of the studies".
Art. 2
Other provisions of Order No. 89/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 29 April 2021 on the rules for charging fees for educational services provided to full-time and part-time students of the first- and second-cycle studies and long-cycle Master's degree studies, as well as the mode and conditions for the exemption from such fees, shall remain unchanged.

This Order shall become effective on the date of signature.
