on the implementation of the Regulations for supporting persons with special needs at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Pursuant to Art. 23 sec. 2 point 2, in conjunction with Art. 11 sec. 1 point 6 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – the Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U./Journal of Laws/ of 2021, item 478, as amended), Art. 8 sec. 2 and sec. 3 point 2, in accordance with Art. 5 sec. 7 of the Statute of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences constituting an Annex to Resolution no. 56/2019 of the Senate of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 28 June 2019 on adopting the Statute of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, it is ordered as follows:
Art. 1
The Regulations for supporting persons with special needs at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, constituting the Appendix to this Order, shall now enter into force.
Art. 2
Order No. 46/2020 of the Rector of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 5 February 2020 on the introduction of the Regulations for supporting persons with disabilities at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is now repealed.
Art. 3
Present Order shall become effective on the date of signing.
