Pursuant to Art. 23 sec. 1 and sec. 2 point 2 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – the Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. /Journal of Laws/ of 2022, item 574, as  amended) and Art. 8, sec. 2 and sec. 3 point 2 and Art. 87 of the Statute of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences implemented by Resolution No. 56/2019 of the senate of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 28 June 2019 as amended it is ordered as follows:

Art. 1

Order No. 35/2022 of the Rector of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 15 February 2022 on the organisation and functioning of the University's Educational Quality Assurance System at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is amended as follows:
Art. 10 shall be read as follows:

"Art. 10 The provisions of this Order relating to doctoral studies applies until 30 September 2023."

2) Annex No. 1 shall be amended to read as in Annex No. 1 to this Order; 

3) Annex No. 2 shall be amended to read as in Annex No. 2 to this Order; 

4) Annex No. 4 shall be amended to read as in Annex No. 3 to this Order.

Art. 2

The remaining provisions of the Order No. 35/2022 of the Rector of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 15 February 2022 on the organisation and functioning of the University's Educational Quality Assurance System at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences shall remain unamended.

Art. 3

Present Order shall become effective on the date of signing.
