Pursuant to art. 23 sec. 1, sec. 2 point 2, art. 50 sec. 1 and art. 51 sec.1 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended), § 8 sec. 2 and sec. 3 point 2 of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences constituting an appendix to Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 28 June 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, as well as in connection with the regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 March 2020 on the declaration of an epidemic on the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 491 as amended) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 May 2021 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic (Journal of Laws 2021, item 861 as amended), it is ordered as follows:

§ 1

In the Order No. 173/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 9 September 2021 on measures to counteract the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus among members of the community of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the wording is changed in:

1) Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 173 of 9 September 2021 under the name General rules concerning the functioning of the University, which shall be replaced by Appendix No. 1 to this Order;

2) Appendix No. 4 to Order No. 173 of 9 September 2021 under the name Recommendations on ensuring safe conditions for conducting classes with direct participation of students, PhD students, postgraduate students and participants in other forms of education at the University, which shall be replaced by the wording of Appendix No. 2 to this Order;

3) Appendix No. 5 to Order No. 173 of 9 September 2021 under the name Recommendations concerning safe conditions for the use of halls of residence, which shall be replaced by Appendix No. 3 to this Order.

§ 2

The provisions of Order No. 173/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 9 September 2021 on measures to counteract the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus among members of the community of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and appendixes 2 and 3 remain  unchanged.

§ 3

The Order shall enter into force on 1 October 2021.
