Pursuant to art. 23 sec. 1, sec. 2 point 2, art. 50 sec. 1 and art. 51 sec.1 of the Act of 20 July 2018. The Law on Higher Education and Science Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended), § 8 sec. 2 and sec. 3 point 2 of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences constituting an appendix to the Order No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 28 June 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, as well as in connection with the regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 March 2020 regarding the announcement of the state of epidemic in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 491 as amended) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 May 2021 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders, and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic. (Journal of Laws 2021, item 861 as amended), it is ordered as follows:

§ 1

In the order No. 173/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 9 September 2021 on measures to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus among members of the community of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is amended as follows:

1) § 1 shall read as follows:

'1. Organization of conference, celebration or other event organized by Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences , participation in conferences of employees, doctoral students and students of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the arrival of guests to Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences requires the consent of the Vice-Rector for University Organisation and Development   - for domestic projects, and the Vice-Rector for Internationalisation for international projects';

2) § 6 shall read as follows:

'1. The implementation of this order is entrusted to the Chancellor for administrative and economic affairs within the scope of competence of the Vice-Rector for University Organisation and Development and to the Department for International Cooperation within the scope of competence of the Vice-Rector for Internationalisation.

2. Supervision over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Vice-Rector for University Organisation and Development and the Vice-Rector for Internationalization'.

§ 2

The provisions of Order No. 173/2021 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of 9 September 2021 on measures to counteract the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus among members of the community of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences remain unchanged  .

§ 3

The Order shall enter into force on the day of signing.
