concerning the adoption of the Study Regulations of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Based on the Art. 28 par. 1 point 2 and the Art. 75 par. 1 of the Act issued on the 20th of July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (namely, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85 as amended) and § 12 par. 1 point 2 of the Statute of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences adopted on the 28th of June 2019, constituting an attachment to the Resolution no. 56/2019 adopted by the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended. The Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences decrees as follows:
§ 1
The Study Regulations of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, which constitute an attachment to this resolution, are adopted.
§ 2
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education and deans supervise the compliance with the provisions of the Study Regulations.
§ 3
Resolution No. 33/2019 adopted by the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 6th of April 2019 on the adoption of the Study Regulations of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences is repealed.
§ 4
Regulations become effective on the 1st of October 2020.
