Based on the Art. 23 par. 2 point 2 in connection with the Art. 77 par. 1-3 and Art. 51a of the Act issued on the 20th of July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) as well as in connection with § 22 and 23 and § 32-36 of the Regulation Of the Minister of Science and Higher Education issued on the 27th of September 2018 on studies (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1861, as amended), in connection with the Resolution No. 87/2019 of the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences issued on the 25th of September 2019 on the approval of model graduation diplomas provided by the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences and Resolution No. 107/2019 adopted by the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 25th of October 2019 on approval of the model diploma concerning the completion of MA/MBs studies at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, it was decided as follows:

§ 1 

1. When it comes to the regulation no. 23/2020 issued by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 23rd of January 2020 on the rules of drawing up and issuing graduation diplomas and the diploma supplement issued to graduates of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the following changes are introduced:

1) the word “English” used in § 2 and Attachment 1, point 13 referring to different number of copies of graduation diplomas and in different cases are replaced with the following words “foreign language” used in an appropriate number and case;

2) § 2 par. 4 is replaced by the following phrase:
“4. Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences issues an additional copy of the diploma in Polish or a foreign language or an additional copy of the diploma supplement in Polish or English based on the request of the graduate”;

3) in § 3 after par. 1 adds a paragraph 1a as follows:
„1a. During the period of limitation of the functioning of the university, the documents referred to in par. 1 may be sent via the postal operator within the meaning of the Act issued on the 23rd of November 2012 - Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1041 ) with confirmation of receipt at the written request of the student/graduate, containing the current address (on the territory of the Republic of Poland) - at the expense of the student/graduate. In cost of loss of the letter, Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences issues duplicates of the aforementioned documents exclusively”;

4) in § 3 after par. 2 the following paragraph 2a shall be added as follows:
“2a. Prior to collecting the documents referred to in par. 1, the graduate has the obligation of settling the electronic clearance slip prepared in USOS by the person employed in the dean's office”;

5) § 7 after par. 3 the following paragraphs 4-8 shall be added as follows:
“4. Translations of the names and expressions present on the copies of diplomas in English are specified in Attachment 4 to this order.

5. Translations of names and phrases present on copies of diplomas in French are specified in Attachment 5 to this order.

6. Translations of names and phrases present on copies of diplomas in Spanish are specified in Attachment 6 to this order.

7. Translations of names and phrases present on copies of diplomas in German are specified in Attachment 7 to this order.

8. Translations of names and phrases present on copies of diplomas in Russian are specified in Attachment 8 to this order.”

6) The name “Department of Studies Organization” (“Dział Organizacji Studiow”)  and the abbreviation “DOS” applied in Attachment 3 shall be changed into the following name: “Service Centre for Student Affairs” (“Centrum Spraw Studenckich” and the abbreviation “CSS”.

7) The abbreviation “USOS” used in Attachments no. 1-3 to the order No. 23/2020 indicates: “University system for Student Service” (“Uniwersytecki System Obsługi Studiów”).

§ 2

The remaining provisions of the regulation No. 23/2020 issued by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 23rd of January 2020 on the rules for preparing and issuing graduation diplomas and the diploma supplement issued to graduates of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences remain unchanged.

§ 3

The regulation becomes effective on the 1st of January 2021
