Based on the Art. 23 par. 1 and par. 2 point 2, Art. 51b par. 3, Art. 95 par. 2 of the Act issued on the 20th of July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended), § 8 par. 2 and par. 3 point 2 of the Statute of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences adopted on the 28th of June 2019, constituting an attachment to the Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 28th of June 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, in connection with the regulation issued by the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the 16th of October 2020 on the temporary limitation of the operation of certain entities of the higher education and science system due to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1835), and the regulation issued by the Minister of Health on the 20th of March 2020 on announcing an epidemic in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 491, as amended), it was decided as follows:

§ 1

The following changes are introduced in the Regulation concerning benefits for students and doctoral students of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, constituting an attachment to Regulation No. 259/2020 issued by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 11th of September 2020 on the implementation of the Regulation concerning benefits for students and doctoral students of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences:

1. § 1 par. 14 is changed as follows:
   
   „14. A student applying for a social scholarship or a scholarship designated for disabled individuals is obliged to submit a printed and signed application together with the required documents to the dean's office or by mail before the 20th day of the semester which has started, after completing it this application USOS. The date of submission of the application is the date of its receipt by the university”;
   
   
2. § 10 par. 5 is changed as follows:
   
   „5. A student applying for the rector's scholarship submits a printed and signed application together with the required documents to the Centre for Student Affairs of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences or sends it by mail or sends it in an electronic version via ePUAP mailbox after signing it using a trusted profile, before the 20th day of the semester which has started. The date of submission of the application is the date of its receipt by the university”;
   
   
3. § 13 par. 5 is changed as follows:
   
   „5. During the period of limitation or suspension of the functioning of the university, the allowance is granted by the dean acting under the authority of the rector. While granting the allowance, the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure shall not apply”;
   
   
4. par. 9 is added to § 13 as follows:
   
   „9. During the period of limitation or suspension of the functioning of the university, the provisions of par. 8 shall not apply”.

§ 2

The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education is responsible for Supervision over the implementation of this regulation.

§ 3

Other provisions of the Regulation concerning benefits for students and doctoral students of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences remain unchanged.

§ 4

The Regulation becomes effective on the date of signing it.
