on introducing changes to regulation no. 259/2020 issued on the 11th of September 2020 by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences implementing the Regulation concerning benefits for students and doctoral students of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Based on the Art. 23 par. 1 and 2 points 2 of the Act issued on the 20th of July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (namely, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85 as amended) and §8 par. 2 and par. 3 points 2 of the Statute of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, constituting an attachment to the Resolution no. 56/2019 of the Senate of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences adopted on the 28th of June 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, it was decided as follows:
§1
§3 of regulation No. 259/2020 issued by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 11th of September 2020 shall be changed in the following manner: “The regulation shall enter into force on 01.10.2020.
2. The phrases “Department of Studies Organization” and “Department of Student Affairs” applied in the regulation No. 259 issued by the Rector of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the 11th of September 2020 in § 1, § 2, § 9, § 10 used in an appropriate form and appropriate case are to be replaced by the following words “Centre for Student Affairs”.
3. Attachment no. 4 shall be amended and shall read as in the attachment to this ordinance.
§2
The other provisions of the regulation remain unchanged.
§3
This regulation becomes effective on the day it is signed.
