Based on Article 23 (1) and (2) (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended), Article 3 (1) of the Act of March 2, 2020 on Special Solutions Related to the Prevention, Counteraction and Combating of COVID-19, Other Infectious Diseases and Crisis Situations Caused By Them (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended), § 8 (2) and (3) (2) of the statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, adopted on June 28, 2019, constituting an attachment to Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of June 28, 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in connection with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of March 20, 2020 on introducing the state of epidemic in Poland (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 491, as amended), the following is ordered:

§ 1

Organization of conferences, ceremonies and other events held by the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, participation in business trips abroad and in domestic conferences of employees, PhD students and students of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, and visiting the University of Life Sciences by foreign guests require the Rector’s consent.

§ 2

1. The head of a given unit may give individual employees who are not academic teachers an opportunity to work remotely.
   
   
2. The head of a given unit is required to submit a schedule and settlement of hours (on a weekly basis) to the Human Resources and Payroll Department and to a competent deputy rector or chancellor, and in the case of heads reporting directly to the Rector – to the Rector.
   
   
3. When heads of units organize the work of individual employees, including university teachers, they are required to take all safety measures against the spread of COVID-19 and to minimize the number of people staying in the same rooms.

§ 3

In order to provide security to all individuals staying at the University, the rules described in Attachments 1, 2 and 3 are introduced:

1) Attachment No. 1 – General rules and procedures to be followed in suspected cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences;

2) Attachment No. 2 – Rules applicable in the Indoor Swimming Pool of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences at ul. Chełmońskiego 43a and Rules applicable in the Multifunctional Sports Hall at ul. Chełmońskiego 43;

3) Appendix No. 3 – The Library’s General Rules and Regulations of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.

§ 4

In order to provide security to conduct classes at the University, the rules described in Attachments No. 4 are introduced.

§ 5

In order to provide security to students living in halls of residence, the rules described in Attachments No. 5 are introduced.

§ 6

Regulation No. 87/2020 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of March 11, 2020 on preventing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus among members of the community of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Regulation No. 97/2020 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of March 25, 2020 on restricting access to halls of residence due to epidemic in Poland and the following circular letters from the Rector of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław become ineffective:

§ 7

The Regulation becomes effective on October 1, 2020.
