Pursuant to Article 79 (1) and Article 80 (1) and (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85), § 8 (3) (2) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences passed by way of Resolution No. 56/2019 of June 28, 2019 of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, as amended, and according to § 2 (6) of Resolution No. 31/2019 of April 26, 2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences on the rules of collecting tuition fees from full-time and part-time students of first-, second- and long-cycle studies and the procedure and conditions for tuition fee exemption, the following is ordered:

§ 1

Tuition fees for educational services at full-time studies conducted in Polish for Polish citizens and foreigners referred to in Article 324 (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science amount to:

1) PLN 8 for each hour of the course (lectures and classes) for repeating a course due to unsatisfactory academic performance;

2) PLN 8 for each hour of courses not covered by the study programme.

§ 2

1. Tuition fees for foreigners obliged to pay fees for full-time students receiving education in the Polish language amount to:

1. The amount of PLN 8 is charged for each hour of the course (lectures and classes) repeated due to unsatisfactory academic performance.
2. The student shall pay PLN 8 for each hour of classes not covered by the study programme.

§ 3

1. Tuition fees charged from both Polish and foreign part-time students receiving education in the Polish language amount to:

1. The amount of PLN 10 is charged for each hour of the course (lectures and classes) repeated due to unsatisfactory academic performance. The fee for repeating classes from one semester charged to part-time students cannot exceed the fee for this semester.
2. The student shall pay PLN 10 for each hour of classes not covered by the study programme.

§ 4

1. Tuition fees charged to both Polish and foreign part-time students receiving education in the Polish language amount to:
   
   

*) the fee is paid only by students admitted beyond the limit set in accordance with the bilateral agreement between the units conducting joint studies

1. The amount of PLN 20 is charged for each hour of the course (lectures and classes) repeated due to unsatisfactory academic performance, except for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, where the fee is PLN 50. 
2. The student shall pay PLN 8 for each hour of classes not covered by the study programme, except for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, where the fee is PLN 50.

§ 5

The student taking several classes in a given semester shall pay the fee referred to in § 2 (1), § 3 (1) and in § 4 (1) in proportion to the number of ECTS points compared to the full number of ECTS points provided for in the study programme for a given semester.

§ 6

The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature, with effect from October 1, 2020.
