Order No. 46/2020 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of February 5, 2020

regarding the implementation of the Regulations on providing support to the disabled at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences

Pursuant to Article 23 (2) (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85) and § 8 (2) and (3) (2) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences adopted on June 28, 2019, constituting an attachment to Resolution No. 56/2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of June 28, 2019, on the adoption of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, it is ordered as follows:

§ 1


The Regulations on providing support to the disabled at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences (i.e. Attachment No. 1 to this Order) along with the Job Description of the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for the Disabled (i.e. Attachment No. 2 to this Order) become effective.

§ 2

  1. The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.

  2. The Order No. 43/2017 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of March 27, 2017 on the implementation of the “Regulations on providing support to disabled students and PhD students at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences” is repealed.
