regarding determination of fees for the procedure for confirming the learning outcomes (credits) at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences since the academic year 2019/2020
Pursuant to Article 79 (2) (2) and Article 80 (4) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668, as amended) and § 2 (7) of Resolution No. 88/2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of September 25, 2019 on the procedure for confirming the learning outcomes, the following is ordered:
§ 1
1. Individuals applying for confirmation of learning outcomes obtained during the learning process outside the study system are required to pay fees for the procedure for confirming the learning outcomes for one module/course according to the following formula:
(G x O) x 20%
where:
G – the number of classes (hours) from the confirmed module/course
O – the amount of fee for each class (hour) not included in the study programme
2. If the learning outcomes are not acknowledged, the fee for the confirmation procedure is non-refundable.
§ 2
The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.
