regarding a template of the statement confirming that the student has read and accepted the amount of tuition fees for educational services as well as the procedure and conditions for tuition fee exemption at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Pursuant to Article 23 (1) and (2) (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended) in connection with Resolution No. 31/2019 of April 26, 2019 of the Senate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences on (i) the rules of collecting tuition fees from full-time and part-time students of first-, second- and long-cycle studies and (ii) the procedure and conditions for tuition fee exemption, the following is ordered:

The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.
