regarding the implementation of the Regulations on debt collection at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Pursuant to Article 23 (2) and (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended) and § 55 (3) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the following is ordered:
§ 1
The “Regulations on debt collection at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences”, attached hereto as Attachment No. 1, hereby become effective.
§ 2
The Finance Officer of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is entrusted with the task of supervising the Regulations observance.
§ 3
The Regulation becomes effective on October 1, 2020.
