regarding the implementation of the “Procedure for granting accommodation in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences”
Pursuant to Article 23 (2) (2) of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended), and § 18 (3) of the Statute of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław, it is ordered as follows:
§ 1
The “Procedure for granting accommodation in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences”, constituting an attachment to this Order, hereby becomes effective.
§ 2
The Order No. 87/2015 of the Rector of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of August 6, 2015 regarding the implementation of the “Procedure for granting accommodation in halls of residence of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław” is repealed.
§ 3
The Order3 becomes effective on October 1, 2019.
