regarding the rules of ad hoc accommodation in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences
Pursuant to Article 66 (2) and (2) of the Act of July 27, 2005 – Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 572, as amended) and § 18 (3) (1) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the following is ordered:
§ 1
The rules of ad hoc accommodation in halls of residence of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław that constitutes an attachment to this Order are hereby determined.
§ 2
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education is entrusted with the task of supervising the observance of the rules of ad hoc accommodation in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.
§ 3
The Order No. 28/2003 of the Rector of the Agricultural University in Wrocław of April 15, 2003, setting out the rules of ad hoc accommodation in halls of residence and the Assistant Hotel of the Agricultural University in Wrocław, is repealed.
§ 4
The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.
