regarding the implementation of the “Regulations on the use of a bicycle storage room in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and the related deposit”
Pursuant to Article 66 (2) of the Act of May 27, 2005 – Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws No. 164, item 1365, as amended) and § 18 (3) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences of February 24, 2012, the following is ordered:
§ 1
The “Regulations on the use of a bicycle storage room in halls of residence of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław” that constitute an attachment to this Order hereby become effective.
§ 2
It is decided that a deposit on the bicycle storage room use for the academic year 2011/2012 amounts to PLN 30.
§ 3
The deposit is intended to cover losses related to the key loss, damage to the bicycle storage room or equipment left therein.
§ 4
The deposit is paid by a student or another person by bank transfer to the University’s bank account and collected on this account.
§ 5
When a student no longer uses the bicycle storage room or after the end of the academic year and if no losses referred to in § 3 occur, the deposit shall be returned to the person using the bicycle storage room in full upon receipt. If losses have occurred, the deposit is returned, less the amount remaining after losses have been covered.
§ 6
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education is entrusted with the task of supervising the Order execution and the Head of the Department of Student Affairs is entrusted with the task of executing the Order.
§ 7
The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.
