regarding the implementation of the “Rules and regulations for gym users in halls of residence of the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław”
Pursuant to Article 66 (2) of the Act of May 27, 2005 – Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws No. 164, item 1365, as amended) and § 18 (3) of the Statute of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, the following is ordered:
§ 1
The “Rules and regulations for gym users in halls of residence of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences” that constitute an attachment to this Order hereby become effective.
§ 2
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education is entrusted with the task of supervising the Order execution and the Head of the Department of Student Affairs is entrusted with the task of the Order executing.
§ 3
The Order becomes effective on the day of its signature.
